What we store

Your account details (name, business name, email, timezone, currency, branding), the records you create (clients, projects, tasks, time entries, invoices, proposals, contracts, forms and their responses, files you upload), and a log of actions taken in the app.

Who processes it

We use a small number of processors, each for one job:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file metadata.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and file storage.
  • Resend — transactional email, including verification and reminders.
  • Paddle — payments, tax and refunds. Paddle is the merchant of record, so it receives the billing details needed to charge you and to meet tax obligations.
  • OpenAI — only when you use an AI feature (see below).

AI features

Some features can draft text for you. When you use one, the text you paste in — which may include a client's brief or email — is sent to OpenAI for processing, and the draft comes back to you. Nothing is saved or sent to a client until you approve it. You can use Jobpraise without any AI feature; the rest of the product works fully without them.

Cookies

We set one cookie: your session. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, your records stay. If you delete your account, personal data is erased after a 30-day grace period. Invoices, proposals, contracts, their acceptance records and the audit log are kept, with names and contact details replaced by non-identifying labels, because they are financial records you may need for your own accounting. The terms describe the rest.

Your choices

You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account from the settings page. For anything else — including a copy of what we hold — use the contact page.

Payments and tax

Paddle handles payment, tax and refunds as merchant of record. Jobpraise does not see or store your card details.
