Terms of service

Last updated 3 November 2026

1. The service

Jobpraise is software for managing clients, projects, tasks, time, invoices, proposals, contracts and forms. It is provided to one person per account.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Jobpraise. You are responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Plans, billing and refunds

Jobpraise is sold in three plans: Free, Solo and Pro. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars. Limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page and are enforced by the software.

Paddle is the merchant of record. Paddle sells the subscription, handles payment, calculates and remits tax, and issues refunds. Your payment relationship is with Paddle. If you ask for a refund, Paddle processes it under the refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Jobpraise to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store or share material you have no right to, or to interfere with the service or another person's use of it. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Your content

What you put into Jobpraise stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it and show it back to you — nothing more. We do not use your client data to train models, and we do not sell it.

6. What Jobpraise is not

Jobpraise is a tool. It is not a party to any agreement you make with your own clients, and it does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Contract and proposal templates are starting points for you to edit, not legal documents.

Jobpraise does not process payments between you and your clients. An invoice carries a payment link to whichever provider you use; the money never passes through us.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Jobpraise available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you may cancel and ask for a refund for the unused period.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. We can end the agreement if these terms are broken. What happens to your data on deletion is described in the privacy notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or for decisions you make about your own business.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms go to the contact page.
